About A.L Consulting

The mission of A.L Consulting is to create a sustainable future through executive coaching, mentoring, and facilitation in the areas of people and leadership development and human resources consultancy. We aspire to see an even more competitive Hong Kong through more effective people strategies, adaptive mindset and seamless execution. It is critical to develop our next generation leaders to manage multi-generational workforce and build a better culture/environment for their people.

‘To create a sustainable future’ denotes much positive energy, momentum and a proactive sense of working towards something you value or important in your life and environment you operate in. There is a sense of innovation and something ‘new’ or ‘different’ as we are in a ‘VUCA’ (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world.

By leveraging the multi-facet and dimensions of industry knowledge, experience and real cases sharing together with well-established and credible tools like internationally used assessment tools to coach, consult and communicate with individuals who are aspiring to be excellent leaders, managers and individual contributors in their career and even with teams to be more collaborative and inclusive from a diversity standpoint.

Angela, Director of A.L Consulting, is the pioneer of a unique 3-tier management program presented in an authentic, stimulating, energetic and impactful style. Her mission is to create a sustainable future within any organizations.

Angela has over 25 years’ career spanning a variety of senior HR leadership roles in private, public and NGO sector across industries like luxury retail, IT/telecom, hospitality, publishing & media etc.

Throughout this time she has developed strong business acumen and a proven ability as a strategic partner to various businesses covering local, regional and international perspectives. She has successfully led organization-wide projects in culture transformation, change management and organizational development.
